Universitas Mataram (UNRAM), as one of the leading universities in the West Nusa Tenggara Province, utilizes a website as the main platform to convey information related to university programs and activities. However, with the rapid development of information technology, the vulnerability level to website security within the UNRAM environment has also increased. This research specifically focuses on vulnerability analysis on several subdomains within the UNRAM environment using the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) method. The analytical approach involves scanning subdomains using OWASP ZAP, identifying security vulnerabilities, and providing recommendations for corrective actions in accordance with the OWASP vulnerability list. The research results indicate that out of a total of 108 identified vulnerabilities across all tested subdomains, only 50,92% can be classified as valid vulnerabilities after the verification process. Each subdomain, such as SIA, SPI, FEB, FT, and PSTI, has different vulnerability levels, with verified vulnerability percentages of 71.43%, 45.45%, 75%, 77.78%, and 56.25%, respectively. This study examines tourist sentiments toward Gili, Lombok, using K-Means Clustering on 6,030 tweets, refined to 3,156 after cleaning. The clustering yielded Silhouette Coefficient scores of 0.4382 (positive-English), 0.4173 (positive-Indonesian), 0.4258 (negative-English), and 0.4535 (negative-Indonesian), indicating well-structured clusters. Tourists expressed positive views on natural beauty and activities but raised concerns about water supply issues. The limited availability of printed textbooks prevents students from fully accessing learning materials. Additionally, the results of the questionnaire indicate that most students prefer shorter texts, which suggests a low level of reading interest among the students. This becomes one of the obstacles in the implementation of learning, especially when the lesson material is presented in the form of long texts. Seeing the existing problem, the author developed a website-based books summary information system using the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method. The PXP method was chosen because of its quick cycle time and flexibility in accommodating new user needs, while still focusing on planning and software quality. This system is designed to enhance students' access to school lesson materials in a more concise manner, making them easier to understand, and accessible anytime and anywhere. This research aims to develop a web-based Futsal Field Rental Management Information System to streamline the booking and payment process. The proposed system allows tenants to make reservations and payments online while assisting field owners in managing rental data and creating financial reports automatically, thereby increasing efficiency and accuracy. The system was developed using the prototyping method, which allows the creation and refinement of the system in stages through early versions (prototypes) that are evaluated by users, so that feedback can be integrated directly in each development cycle. System testing conducted using the Blackbox method shows that the developed system can function properly, simplify the ordering process, reduce recording errors, and improve business operational efficiency. In addition, testing was also carried out using the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) method to evaluate user satisfaction from a subjective perspective, providing insight into the perceived usability and acceptance level of the system. Pengujian selama tiga hari dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan sistem dalam menyesuaikan penyiraman dengan kondisi tanah.&nbsp; Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perangkat ini dapat mendeteksi perubahan kelembapan tanah dan menyiram air secara otomatis ketika berada di bawah ambang batas yang telah ditentukan (44%) yang telah dikalibrasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanaman cabai.&nbsp; Pada hari pertama, penyiraman dilakukan satu kali, dengan total debit air 0,776 liter.&nbsp; Penyiraman dilakukan sebanyak dua kali pada hari kedua, dengan total debit air 0,977 liter.&nbsp; Sementara itu, pada hari ketiga, penyiraman dilakukan dua kali dengan total debit air 0,881 liter, untuk mengimbangi tingkat kelembapan tanah. Meskipun sistem ini telah terbukti efektif dalam mengoptimalkan penyiraman, terdapat beberapa keterbatasan dalam implementasinya. In conducting its business activities, the company still uses the manual method, where prospective passengers are required to either visit the ticket agent in person or contact them by phone to book tickets or inquire about schedules, ticket prices, or seat availability. This method is inefficient and time-consuming, especially for people living far from ticket agents or having difficulties accessing information quickly. Furthermore, this approach is susceptible to recording errors, such as incorrect passenger data or duplicate seat numbers. To address this issue, this study aims to develop an online ticket booking system for Fajri Jaya Travel. This system will allow prospective passengers to obtain departure schedules and book tickets through a website, without the need to visit a ticket agent in person and minimizing data entry errors. This system is built using the Bootstrap and Laravel frameworks with the Extreme Programming development method. Therefore, this research utilizes the ability of multilingual models that can be trained with multiple languages to predict emotions based on low-resource language such as Indonesian. Several training scenarios were conducted to evaluate the transferability and performance of these multilingual models compared to the monolingual IndoBERT model. The experimental results show that XLM-R outperforms mBERT and achieves competitive performance to IndoBERT, with XLM-R and IndoBERT&nbsp; achieving F1-score of 0.7793 and 0.7733 respectively. XLM-R also demonstrates competitive results on other evaluation metrics. Understanding public sentiment through social media is crucial for improving tourism services and management. This study compares the performance of two transformer-based models IndoBERTweet and DistilBERT in sentiment analysis of tourism-related tweets from X (Twitter). The dataset used consists of 3,159 preprocessed Indonesian-language tweets, labeled through both manual annotation and automatic classification using DistilBERT. IndoBERTweet was evaluated on both manual and automatic labels, while DistilBERT was only applied to the manually translated dataset. Experimental results show that IndoBERTweet with manual labeling achieved an F1-score of 72.98% and demonstrated more balanced performance across all sentiment classes. Meanwhile, DistilBERT showed lower F1-scores overall (max. 57%) but performed efficiently in terms of computational time. Automatic labeling showed weak agreement with manual annotation (only 31.8% match), leading to bias in model learning, particularly the failure to detect neutral sentiment. Evaluation using new test sentences yielded 80% prediction accuracy, yet revealed that IndoBERTweet struggles with implicit sentiment or subtle dissatisfaction. A prototype was assessed with 50 participants using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The prototype achieved a SUS score of 78.9, indicating good usability. UEQ results showed excellent ratings in attractiveness, efficiency, stimulation, and novelty, while clarity and dependability scored good, revealing opportunities to improve navigation and instructional messaging. The modular microservices approach enhances scalability, maintainability, and performance. Utilizing a combined approach of XP and UCD, the research identifies opportunities to enhance user experience and streamline payment transactions. Data collection involved literature reviews, staff interviews, and observations, highlighting user needs and system limitations. The redesigned payment module is intended to facilitate structured patient transaction management while ensuring accurate financial reporting. Initial prototype testing using SUS and UEQ methods showed high usability scores, with the SUS score reaching 82 with an “excellent” grade scale and 5 out of 6 aspects of UEQ falling within the “Excellent” category range, indicating that the design was in the top 10%. The novelty aspect is in the "Good" category, indicating that 10% of other systems score better and 75% of other systems score worse. The system is designed to assist users in selecting optimal computer components based on their available budget and desired performance. Component data were collected from e-commerce platforms and online sources, then preprocessed using Min-Max normalization to ensure balanced data scaling. The system was developed using Laravel for the frontend interface and Flask API for computational processing of the genetic algorithm. System evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method involving 21 respondents, resulting in an average score of 86.67, which falls into the "Excellent" category and Grade B on the usability scale. Additionally, performance comparisons with prebuilt systems from online stores show that the recommendation system produced assemblies with lower costs and higher performance. The implementation of selection, crossover, and mutation in the genetic algorithm effectively evaluates component combinations to achieve optimal configurations.
